The retreat was designed for a small group (from beginners to yoga experienced). This program is treating body, mind and soul in a beautiful environment. Get to know the jungle and the ocean and have amazing teachers guide you through the Acro, Yoga or Meditation session on site.
In addition you can learn how to surf, treat yourself with a relaxing massage or full body chocolate treatment. Don't miss out.

*All housing will be on-site at the local Retreat & Training Center located in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica (housing for up to 20-24 participants).
3 or 4 people share a room each in single beds/bunks, shared bathrooms, hot water showers, lounge decks and daily house keeping.
3 vegetarian meals will be served daily (other diets upon request).

- Beach walk.
- Afternoon session of Acro yoga introduction.
Day 3
- Meditation in the afternoon.
Day 4
- Morning Yoga session.
- Afternoon off.
Day 5
- Morning Yoga session.
- Nia/Zumba in the afternoon.
Day 6
- Bike tour to Manzanillo Look Out.
- Dinner with local women.
Day 7
- Optional: Wild water Rafting tour.
- Transfer to San Jose.
- Light clothes easy dry.
- Bathing suit.
- Sandals.
- Beach towel.
- Rain jacket.
- Day pack.
- Flashlight.
- Refill Water bottle.
- 30% Deposit upon reservation - non-refundable.
